Detective Training

A detective's main responsibilities include investigating, preventing, and solving crimes against people and property. Law enforcement detectives are normally exposed to extremely dangerous situations and need to constantly practice vigilance and deal with emotional trauma associated with the job. In order to keep detectives safe and mentally ready for the job regular detective training is recommended. CiNet's Law Enforcement Training Network (LETN) has been serving detective training needs for over 25 years utilizing the latest training methodology to ensure that detective's get the training they need when they need it most.

Training efficiency for detectives is directly related to the ability of the law enforcement agency to quickly and consistently ensure that detective's are able to solve the case and protect their constituencies. LETN responds to this issue by providing near real-time access for detective's to improve performance and mitigate risk through an online training program developed just for them. LETN's detective training design emphasizes the use of real-world video, interactive learning techniques and comprehensive tracking to ensure active participation and retention.
