Interactive Training Design Model
CiNet interactive training uses an instructional design model that is a closed loop process supporting a continuous and systematic design for analyzing need, designing (planning), developing, implementing, evaluating and analyzing the success of the continuing education activity similar to the generic five-phase instructional design model ADDIE. Each step has an outcome that feeds into the next step in the sequence.
