Our heavy equipment training is designed using our tried-and-true assessment fundamentals. All interactive courses utilize self-checks and post-testing. This testing process uses fill-in-the blank, completion assessments, multiple-choice and true or false. The post-test questions are mapped back to the learning objectives and rationales are provided. The post-test engages the participant by creating a situation whereby the knowledge gained in the training activity is used to correctly respond to the questions.
