The CiNet accreditation team is embedded into the certification content development processes to ensure that each activity is planned, implemented and evaluated in accordance with the healthcare ACCME Essential Area and Policies, ANCC Operational Requirements and Criteria, ACPE Accreditation Standards and Criteria, and other accreditation requirements and criteria based on the disciplines included in the target audience.
Certification Courses Key Features
- Instructional Objectives: CiNet certification courses use Bloom’s Taxonomy and Robert Mager’s Preparing Instructional Objectives as bases for developing objectives. Most of the course activities’ objectives measure cognitive learning; however, some address either affective or psychomotor learning.
- Sharable Content Object Reference Model: SCORM-compliant courseware elements are easily merged with other compliant elements to produce a highly modular repository of training materials.
- AICC Standards: AICC standards apply to the development, delivery, and evaluation of CiNet's certification courses. AICC stands for the Aviation Industry CBT Committee.
- Certification Management: CiNow allows training supervisors the ability to print certificates, track, evaluate users and insert company objectives into the certification courses.
